Originaly designed as Kustenwachboote  ( Coastguard boat ) with pendant number W 36. Rated as Inshore Minesweeper on 16 06 1967 - M 2676.  Re-allocated Y 1657 in November 1969. In 1973 she was re-allocated as M 2663 MINERVA.
She was decommissioned on 17 February 1995 and transferred to ESTONIA as M 414 KALEV
and commissioned on 05 September 1997.
