SHORT HISTORY :
She was laid down as the AM 504 at Tacoma Boat Building Co,Inc,Tacoma U.S.A. On 07 02 1955
she was reclassified as an Ocean Minesweeper MSO 504 and commissioned on 24 01 1956 by the
U.S.NAVY. Transferred to the Belgium Navy on 15 02 1956 as M 906 BREYDEL.
In 1976 transformed to a mine hunter. ( MHSO 906 BREYDEL ).
Decommissioned in january 1993 and sold to the De Leuvense Compagnie VZW in 1995 to
transformed her into a Museum Ship but she was in very poor condition.
In 2006 she was scrapped at the Marintec Boom ( Belgium )
