After her was decommissioned she was struck from the Navy ( lost name and pendant number ) and became the Q 661.
She's than transferred to the Nantes Marine Tradition association were she was preserved as a Museum ship at the Musée Naval Maillé Brézé - Quai de fosse - NANTES FRANCE.
In 2016 she was used in the movie DUNKIRK by Christopher Nolan. Converted as 2 Royal Navy destroyers : portside as HMS VIVACIOUS D 36 and starboardsite as HMS VANQUISHER D 54.
